As Just Some Innocent Fun guests enter the Biltmore lobby and bar area, they will be greeted by uniformed servers passing a delectable array of hors d’oeuvres and will include the following:

Hand-fashioned crab cakes with orange apricot sauce
Baked Brie Tartlets with walnuts and brown sugar
Tuna tartar on crisp kettle chip
Beef Wellington en croûte with béarnaise sauce
Habañero whiskey smoked shrimp
Crushed pistachio chicken salad on a wonton crisp

Mashed Potato “Martini” Bar
JSIF guests will experience absolute bliss when they embark on this favorite.
Whipped fluffy mashed potatoes will be served in martini glasses.
Guests will then add their favorite accompaniments:

Crab Cake 'Margaritas'
Crab cakes are nestled on a bed of colorful red and green cabbage, carrot and spinach slaw presented in a champagne flat, served with a deliciously exotic combination of European cocktail sauce, avocado and mango,
and finished with baby endive garnish.
